What drew you to work with Living Future Europe?
After graduating in architecture I have gained experience both in design and in the coordination of complex construction sites with various companies. My experience working in the civil business has brought to light the pressing need for change in the way we approach construction and building practices.
The urgency to make a change became evident as I saw the negative effects of our current practices on ecosystems, biodiversity, and climate.
That’s why I am proud to work with LFE because we share a deep commitment to sustainability in all its forms. At every level, from individual behavior to community planning and beyond, we recognize the urgent need to create a more environmentally conscious future.
I am driven by the vision of a future where sustainable practices are the norm, where every construction project prioritizes environmental responsibility and social inclusivity. I am committed to leveraging my expertise and actively seeking out opportunities to contribute to this transformative journey.
What are your main tasks and responsibilities within the LFE team?
At LFE, I have the opportunity to curate and organize the activities that highlight the importance of biophilia in our built environment.
Additionally, I actively participate in events where I can share my expertise and learn from others. These events provide invaluable platforms for exchanging ideas, and staying update with the latest advancements in sustainable.
Through my work at LFE and my active participation in events, I am honoured to be part of a movement that prioritizes the harmonious relationship between humans and nature. By promoting biophilic principles we are contributing to the creation of a more sustainable, resilient, and inspiring built environment for all.
Life requires a good balance between study, work, and free time! What do you usually do in your free time?
I find solace and relax in the kitchen. Exploring different flavours, experimenting with fresh products, and discovering innovative plant-based recipes is not only a culinary adventure but also a way for me to promote sustainable eating habits and contribute to a healthier planet.
Additionally, I have a deep passion for adventure and exploration, which I satisfy by embarking on bicycle vacations. These journeys allow me to immerse myself in the beauty of nature and take time to relax.
To satiate my curiosity and passion for exploration, I also seek out and participate in local events. These occasions provide a unique opportunity to discover new aspects of art, music, food, or various other forms of creative expression.
Each moment, spent doing these things, is an opportunity to expand my perspectives and my appreciation for the diverse world we’re living.
How has your experience been at LFE so far?
Working with Living Future Europe allows me to actively contribute to the advancement of sustainable practices and the promotion of biophilia. By collaborating with like-minded individuals and organizations, we can drive the adoption of sustainable building practices, encourage the preservation of natural resources, and create healthier and more inspiring spaces for all.
