Co-founder in 2018 of GET, a consulting company active to support stakeholders in obtaining de-carbonization objectives, circularity, health and well-being, according to globally-recognized standards.Elisa is a registered Architect, graduated with honors at the Polytechnic University of Turin, with a MSc. in Sustainable Design. Former Grant Researcher at the TEBE Research Group at the Department of Energy (Polytechnic of Turin) and FULL Lab. Former Teaching Assistant at the course of Building Physics and Design at the Faculty of Architecture.
Since 2011 she was involved on several commercial and residential projects as sustainability specialist. In 2018 co-founded GET srl.

Giambattista has international experience in sustainability and building physics at the urban and building scale. He has been part of Deerns Italia since June 2022, where he works on building physics and computational design on international projects at different scales, through complex analyses for the assessment of energy performance, comfort and well-being and the definition of decarbonization strategies, in the direction of carbon neutrality.

I work with interralations of buildings’ passive and actives systems for a better effect on the environment. With experience from construction in practice I set value on recillient and realisable measuers which positively affect the experience of the building. Environmental aspects and regenerative sustainability are key elements for every project I work on. I am specialised in energy, daylight and climate simulations, LCC and LCA calculations and several certification systems.

Lenna is an interior designer and consultant committed to bringing to fruition regenerative indoor environments that support occupant and planetary health and well-being. She has particular experience in material health, biophilic design and low-carbon design and her master’s thesis studied the health impacts of materials commonly used in early childhood environments.

Born and raised in New York in a family of Polish origin, she has been living and working in France since 2017. She is currently a senior projet manager in workplace design and wellbeing at ARP Astrance in Paris. Lenna is Living Future Accredited (LFA) as well as WELL Faculty.
